Abstract 3D printing is one of the most important tools Industry 4.0. technology has an advantage over traditional manufacturing processes, as it ability to convert designs/models into ready-to-use products. The world education needs continue adapt technological developments. Making a mechanical prototype robotic arm main things do develop learning media in educational environment. can be made using printing, so will provide real implementation for education. purpose this study custom Printer which expected facilitate installation process and development form Mechatronics Engineering Education Study Program, FT UNY. This research was carried out based on ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation Evaluation. results are printer FDM, both Cartesian CoreXY types that used Mechatronic Program. test show average value measurement error less than 2% supports selected content. printers print components with good low tolerances precision.
